About the D.Pharm Program

The D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) is a 2-year full-time diploma course regulated by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and recognized by government bodies. It serves as the basic qualification to work as a registered pharmacist in India and opens the door to various roles in hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, drug manufacturing, and entrepreneurship.

Eligibility Criteria for D.PharmA Admission

To be eligible for admission into the D.Pharma program at Adarsh College of Pharmacy, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification:

  • The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics as core subjects.

  • A minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC as per reservation norms).

Age Criteria:

  • The minimum age for admission is 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.

  • There is no upper age limit, subject to state regulations.

Medical Fitness:

  • Applicants must be medically fit and may need to submit a medical certificate from a registered practitioner.
